First thing I tried was a curry chicken skewer From Pakistan. This was my favorite dish out of everything. The chicken was perfectly tender and the sauce was savory and salty. 10/10

Next, I tried the crispy rice salad from Laos. There was a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce. And the rice was fried with lots of green onions. The only thing I wish with this was there was a sauce of some sort, kind of pulled all together. But it was very flavorful. 7/10

Third was hot Cheeto Boudin balls. This was my mom’s favorite. It was a fried shell of hot cheeto dust with the sticky cheesy rice in the middle. This is from the US from a company called Cajun Belle. 8/10

My mom got an empanada and im not sure what country it was from. The outside was a flaky crust and the inside was mixture of vegetables and peas and curry sauce. 8/10

Not pictured was a drink from India called Lassi. It was a mango thick creamy drink. It was not my favorite. It was a little bit too sweet and thick. 4/10

Next was the gelato from the Netherlands. The company was called STAM. I got the raspberry lemon. It was so sour, but I love sour things so it was just perfect and refreshing. 10/10

We also tried a current drink and a fermented tea from Russia. The tea was probably my favorite drink of the whole event. It had notes of beer, but it was still sweet. 9/10
