Espresso and Chocolate Cake (What else could you ask for?)

Recently, i purchased a Grosch miniature espresso machince. Well, more of a pot. It makes two shots of espresso at a time. I make lattes at

home now. I bought some vanilla syrup for coffee drinks. To make a latte, I do two shots of espresso, 10 pumps of vanilla, and 16 oz of milk (give or take). 10 pumps seems like alot but they are small pumps i swear. I look forward to making more drink. I have peanut butter and peppermint mocha syrups as well.

for my moms birthday, i make a chocolate pound cake with buttercream and ganache. It was a recipe from 50 things to bake before you die. The recipe was called death by chocolate cake. I decided to make it in a pound cake because my mom asked me to make a pound cake but i couldnt find a good pound cake recipe. The recipes has chocolate chips in the fudge cake. With chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache.
