Coconut bread pudding from Cuba on wheels food truck

I was at the Maxwell farmers market. They got Maxwell market in the park and I was just about to leave. Everyone was closing down and the sign caught my eye. Said coconut bread pudding five dollars. So I grab my five dollar bill and tried it out.

What I lovedabout the dessert was it was not too sweet. I had a sort of caramel cinnamon flavor. But it was very subtle. The top was aSugary syrup in the middle was a chunky soft bread like pudding. The coconut flavor was not too overwhelming, but I do love the flavor of coconut, so I was happy that it wasn‘t too subtle.

Next time cuba on wheels is at the farmers market, I will have to try some of their other food. Looks like they had burgers and sandwiches.
