Steak and Wine Night

When it was a slightly chilly spring day in March, I found comfort in a crisp glass of sauvignon blanc and a warm meal. The steak recipe was not hard to make.
Ingredients:
Cherry Tomatoes
Round Steak or Stew Meat Chunks
Fresh Basil
Kerrygold Butter
Your choice of italian seasoning
You can really just throw all the ingredients together and get cooking!
Use an instant read thermometer to check the temp of the steak bits.
I recommend cooking to 135 degrees to 140 degrees.
I also made some simple butter noodles to go with the steak
