I created my own starter using the methods from New World Sourdough by Bryan Ford.
I made a wheat loaf and cinnamon bagels from his cookbook. Not shown in pictures is the briote loafs.
The found a recipe to make the sourdough bunny online.
The wheat loaf turned out perfect. The crumb was crumby. The cinnamon bagels did not rise like i wanted and they were a little hard. Still tastey though.
The sourdough bunny had perfect crumb but i couldnt work on execution a little bit.
